Arapahoe Ridge is one of East Boulder’s favorite places to live. Homes and lots are larger and you tend to get more for your money in this neighborhood. Located just south of Arapahoe and east of Foothills, this neighborhood is still close enough to downtown to take your bike to Pearl Street. Hiking and biking trails are close by and even golf enthusiasts love this community since it’s so close to Flatirons Golf Course.
There are several up and coming shops, restaurants, and breweries near this neighborhood. Locally owned and operated Ozo Coffee is just around the corner. Premier Members Credit Union has a branch located here as well. With ease of access to Foothills Parkway, many homeowners in this part of town are able to commute to Longmont, Broomfield, and other various towns around Boulder as well.
Schools are generally great in Boulder. Eisenhower Elementary is one of the best in town and is located close to this neighborhood. Arapahoe Ridge Park is also really popular with families and is located close by. Many homes in this neighborhood were built in the 1980’s and 1990’s. These homes are larger than the 1970’s homes you see in other parts of town. Homes start in the mid 500’s and go up from there.
