We have several friends that live in Frasier Meadows. Frasier Meadows is located close to Foohills Parkway and highway 36 in South East Boulder. Homes here were built in the 1960’s and offer large ranch style homes on even larger lots. Once a quiet ‘suburb’ of Boulder this neighborhood has since then taken Boulder by storm. Large streets, mature trees, low traffic areas, and great architecture makes this a very popular place to live in Boulder. It’s also close to great schools, shopping, hospitals, restaurants, and University of Colorado.
Many homes in this neighborhood are still traditional ranches. But you are starting to see some pop tops here as well as local investors have scooped up and rebuilt homes into architectural master pieces. Look for this to continue in the years to come as this is a popular place for investors due to large lot sizes which allows for larger homes to be built here.
Located so close to everything that Boulder offers many people are surprised how quiet everything is in Frasier Meadows. This due to the fact that the only cars in this neighborhood normally are people that either live there or have a specific purpose for being there. There is no through traffic here and unless you are located within a couple of blocks of either US-36 or Foothills, you won’t have to worry about traffic noise while visiting this neighborhood. Some homes even offer views of the Flatirons.
Single family homes in this neighborhood start in the 600’s and go well above $1 million.
